I have been in network marketing for a number of years and I just never got anywhere and started to think something was wrong with me and I needed some training.

Mentor - why do you need a mentor?

What is a Mentor?What does it mean to be a mentor? What does a mentor do? Why should I have one? You might be asking all these questions. The dictionary says it a person who is a wise and trusted counselor or teacher. So, a mentor is someone who has knowledge you need and is willing to share with you.

A mentor is a person who cares about other people enough to take the time out of his/her busy life to share his/her experiences and knowledge in order to shorten the learning curve for the other person. For me, I like to be able to avoid making any mistakes and I like to learn as quickly as I can.

A mentor is a coach and a guide to help you move forward in any business you are in; whether it has to do with computer work or learning to crochet.

There are lots of reasons why you would want a mentor. Usually mentors have already experienced in many different ways. You want to find a mentor who has experience in what you are doing. So, if you are in a network business; then you want a mentor who has been successful in a network business.

What I like about Mentoring For Free is that if my personal mentor and sponsor does not have the time for me when I need some answer for my questions or if she was not sure how to answer me then I go to the group and find someone will have the expertise in that can answer my questions or show me how to do something.

If you join in the Mental Cleanse Class one of the chapters as to do with surrounding yourself with people who have the knowledge that you need. It is awesome how easily and quickly I get the information I need to accomplish things in our business.MentoringForFree training and Mental Cleanse class have change my life. I can see clearly the needs I have.
What I need to avoid and I know where to get help when I need it.

All I have to do now is call or email my mentor and she walks me through the process, step by step, until I understand what I am doing and why I am doing it that way instead of a different way. I can call the president of this company and ask him any question I have and get an answer.

So, I recommend every one of all ages get a mentor. You do not realize how important it would be to have a mentor. If you need help and would like some mentoring; you can call me and I would be happy to work with you.
